By scheduling a service with Kings Cleaning Services, you enter into a service agreement wherein we agree to provide cleaning and maintenance services as described and you agree to adhere to these terms. Our services are available in Cape Coral and the surrounding Southwest Florida market.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Appointments: All services are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for specialized services like deep cleaning or post-construction cleanup.
- Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from Kings Cleaning Services, typically via phone or email.
- Access: You must ensure our team has safe and accessible entry to the property at the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Client Initiated: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Company Initiated: In the rare event Kings Cleaning Services needs to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative time.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Quotations: All price quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final service cost may vary depending on the actual condition of the property and specific cleaning requirements.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Late Payments: Kings Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge late fees or interest on overdue payments as permitted by law.

Kings Cleaning Services is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning and janitorial services with attention to detail. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will endeavor to address your concerns promptly.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Safety: You are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our cleaning technicians. Please secure pets, remove any valuable or fragile items, and inform us of any hazardous conditions.
- Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your cleaning needs and the condition of the property.
7. Damage or Loss
While Kings Cleaning Services takes utmost care, we understand that accidents can happen. In the event of confirmed damage to your property caused by our team, we will make every effort to repair, replace, or compensate for the damaged item, subject to our insurance policy and reasonable fair market value. You must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected during the booking process and service delivery will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and improving our customer experience.
